Description: Our Long Bay terraced units provide an easy, low maintenance lifestyle choice in a coastal environment. Flexible living spaces, study areas and ample storage accommodate changing uses and future needs.  Passive environmental design principles have governed the dwellings forms. 

The external material is charcoal brick and cedar shiplap giving the building an understated permanence that will have a lasting aesthetic appeal. The terraced units face north, capturing light and addressing the street, the rooftop decks allow expansive views over the adjacent reserve and bushland toward the beach.
